We provide unforgettable experiences as part of a great variety of tours and environmental conservation activities which can be customized based on your preferences. ​
We chose to serve our community through an environmentally equitable, renewable and sustainable approach. While our design and functionality are embedded within our works, the fundamental objective
remains to provide education and training to the local communities on matters environmental conservation, sustainable development and climate change effects and mitigation focused on youths and the younger generation of Homabay County. These we do through networking and collaborations with other organizations and volunteers to engage the local communities and design solutions that address their challenges.

our tours are designed as private tours as this allows you to get close to nature, understand our ecosystem & our community in the most authentic way. ​
To further develop our community, 10% of each tour booking is invested directly in local community projects together with our partners on Mfangano Island.

Visit the Abasuba Museum
Visit one of the first community museums in Kenya promoting and showcasing the unique culture of the Abasuba people.
Local Art & Craftmanship
Meet local artists and see their handmade wooden sculptures created based on the traditional handcraft techniques of the suba people.
Fishing Tour
Hop on a boat with one of our experienced guides and a local fishermen and enjoy a unique fishing trip on Lake Victoria where you can try to catch e.g. delicious Tilapia and Nile pershes, which can only be found in tropical and subtropical areas in Africa.
Beer Boat Tour
If you just want to take some time off, relax and get some drinks, the Beer Boat Tour is your right choice! Hop on one of your boats with an experienced captain who knows the area around Mfangano Island from his many years working as a fishermen - while cruising around Mfangano Island and/or sister islands sit back, relax and enjoy the views of the amazing landscape and Lake Victoria.
